Legal information
Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data the komainu-ai.com website processes, why, and how you can exercise your rights. It covers this website only. The KomAInu Individual and KomAInu Enterprise products are covered by their own terms.
Data controller
The data controller is KOMAINU-AI SAS, 173 rue de Courcelles, 75017 Paris, France (SIREN 107 899 064). For any privacy question, write to pierre-lammers@komainu-ai.com.
Emails and meeting requests
When you email us or book a meeting, we receive the data you choose to give: usually your name, email address, company and the content of your message. We use it only to answer you, organize the discussion and manage the business relationship that may follow. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering requests, or the steps you ask us to take before a contract.
Meeting booking runs on Google Calendar appointment scheduling, which applies its own privacy policy.
Audience measurement
The website uses Umami Cloud to count page views and clicks on the meeting button. Umami does not set cookies and does not build a profile of you across websites. It records anonymous technical data such as the page visited, the referrer, the browser, the device type and the country.
The Local LLM Finder also records anonymous snapshots of hardware and filter choices on our own servers (Cloudflare D1), without cookies or browser storage. A random identifier kept in memory for one visit groups the actions of that visit; it cannot link a later visit to the same person. This data is not shared with advertising or analytics vendors.
Hosting and security logs
The website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, United States). To deliver and protect the website, Cloudflare processes technical data such as IP addresses and request headers. Transfers outside the European Union rely on the safeguards Cloudflare provides under the GDPR.
Cookies
The website does not place advertising cookies or non-essential trackers. Third-party services you open from it, such as the meeting booking page or LinkedIn, apply their own cookie policies.
Retention and sharing
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose above, then delete it. We do not sell personal data and we share it only with the service providers named on this page, for the purposes described here.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability. To exercise them, write to pierre-lammers@komainu-ai.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr), the French data protection authority.
